Ver 199
Hey guys!
Launch was very iffy but I think I've been able to make a lot of improvements thanks to all of the feedback and critiques you guys gave me, so THANK YOU VERY MUCH <3
Here is the ver 199 changelog:
- Improved Combat by having the player's attack feel more accurate and your hurtbox not feel as massive
- Improved movement from room to room in the dungeon, had to rework how rooms were linked completely
- Fixed issue of save data not remaining after closing the game, now when opening up the game if you've played before, Load Game feature will be working.
- Fixed issue where Doors would sometimes close when traversing back through the dungeon
- Fixed ordering issue that would have the corners of wall display on top of the player
- Fixed ordering issue that would have the picked-up object display below the player when moving rooms
- Fixed issue of the intro cutscene sometimes getting stuck on the first letter
- Fixed lag caused in the village section
That should improve the experience substantially I believe! I am starting work on the next project so I will keep an eye out on any game breaking bugs that might have sneaked through and fix them but otherwise I'd call Simia finished! Thank you so much for everyone who tried it out, and I hope you guys will be willing to leave some more feedback below!
